Soft Big Bag Loader
Our Big Bag loader is designed to optimize the filling process of large-format bags without production interruptions.
The system consists of a structure with a 2-bag capacity that receives product from the upstream conveyor. A gate automatically distributes the product to either side, allowing one bag to be filled while the other is being prepared, thus avoiding unnecessary downtime.
The product descends gently through a specially designed spiral to protect its integrity. Additionally, the system features a height adjustment mechanism that maintains a constant drop distance, preventing product breakage or damage.
