Liquid additive feeder

A system designed for the preparation, storage, and application of liquid additives onto food products, ensuring a uniform, continuous, and clog-free distribution.

The equipment consists of two tanks, both mounted on a wheeled mobile platform, which facilitates its relocation, maintenance, and cleaning.

• Mixing tank: The liquid and the solid or base additive are introduced here. The mixing process begins with constant recirculation, preventing the product from settling or causing clogs.
• Storage tank: It receives the prepared mixture, maintaining it in optimal conditions until application. It also features continuous recirculation when not spraying, which prevents the formation of sediment or system blockages.

The spray lance is responsible for applying the additive onto the product in a fine and uniform manner.
